How long does it take for the order to get processed?

After you finish paying for the order, the order will get processed in 1-5 days.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It will depend on what mail service from USPS you had chosen and where you are located.

What if I lost my order?

If your package is lost, please go to our contact us page and provide us your first and last name and your order number that is in your receipt so we can retrieve your information about where are the whereabouts of your order.

If we find that your order is lost, we will make a full refund for your lost order.

My package is delayed 

If your order is delayed, please don't hesitate and to go to our contact us page and tells us about the delay as soon as possible so we can find out what the cause for the delay of your order.  

I would like to track my order

The tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as the order has been processed. If not, contact us and let us know so we can provide you the tracking number.

Can I get a shipping label to return my order?

Sure! Contact us and we will send you the return shipping label in your email address.
